Opt-out of analytics. You can disable Google Analytics by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on, or adjusting your browser’s cookie settings.

5. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor GPC signals sent by your browser. GPC is recognized as a legally valid opt-out mechanism under multiple state privacy laws. When your browser sends a GPC signal, analytics cookies are not set for your visit.

We do not respond to legacy Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals, as there is no industry standard for DNT.

6. Data Retention

Interest list. If the proposed service does not launch within 12 months, all collected email addresses will be permanently deleted. If you signed up for notifications, we retain your email address until you request removal or the retention period expires, whichever comes first.

Analytics data. Google Analytics data is retained according to our GA4 data retention settings (14 months) and is not tied to your email address.

7. Security

Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure in the United States. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children and Age Restrictions

This site is intended for adults aged 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 21. In compliance with COPPA, we specifically do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@gamblingtaxhelp.com and we will promptly delete it.

9. State Privacy Rights

Multiple US states have enacted comprehensive privacy laws, including California (CCPA/CPRA), Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and others. While many of these laws include revenue or data-volume thresholds that may not currently apply to this site, we aim to respect the principles behind them regardless.

As of April 2026, we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use your data for targeted advertising.

Nevada residents. Under Nevada Revised Statutes Section 603A.345, you may submit a verified request to opt out of any future sale of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information. You may submit such a request to our contact email below.
